I had a spectacular post planned...buuut I didn't have to time to type it out between the running around and packing and assuaging of my harried mother. So this will have to suffice until I write my next post from ITALY!

I love baking (and still do for non-raw friends), but my latest challenge is perfecting raw food desserts.
